Glen Coventon from Pertrain Pty Limited has teamed up with Lesley Wemyss from Crestfern Pty Ltd to conduct an Enterprise Trainer Course in Cote d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast).
Bonikro has started training eleven local supervisors in Cert IV Surface Extraction Operations. The initial three week training session was a great success with all eleven employees successfully completing TAEDEL301A Provide work skill instruction. All of the learners and their supervisors exhibited high commitment that contributed to the success of the course.
The training will continue this year with the remaining 12 units.
