- Chains / Cables (if fitted): Equaliser cables/chains in good condition, no fraying, wear, stretching, or damage.
- Work Area Safety: Floor clean and clear, adequate lighting, no trip hazards, safe access around hoist.
- Site-Specific Requirements: Safety decals and warning labels readable, tagging/current inspection status (if used), PPE confirmed.
